Dr. McDonald does high quality work - and you pay for it. We tried other dentists on the DMO plan, but always came back to Dr. McDonald . Even though he is not on our plan, we've made the decision that he was worth it. Staff is great . The receptionist is pleasant and always available to work through issues with insurance and payment plans. Dental cleaning a bit over the top, as there are charges for all the "goodies" after the treatment. Make sure you decline them in advance. They are not always diligent in checking whether insurance covers the annual x-rays or not. Overall: very satisfied and would recommend Dr. McDonald for families with children and adults.
