Customer Service from the front office manager was horrible. Not to mention, I was double billed for services and it took over a year for them to correct the error.
End results were... Dr. Walker and staff dismissed my complaint ,denied services and dismissed me as a patient without a reason after being a patient for 3 years.
Please beware of Walker Dental Group in Macon,Ga( A unethical and unprofessional Dental office )and please review your EOB for services rendered.
