About Front Desk: New Patient....called to get appointment had it scheduled (so I thought) Show up day of appointment scheduled 15 minutes early. No staff available. Two other people come in an get taken to the back right away. Finally staff available at front desk looked me up, not in computer schedule but find my information on a sheet of paper at the front desk with my personal information and the date and time of appointment which I was present for, it just had never been inputted. Staff asked me to reschedule....SO INCONVENIENT! POOR SERVICE!!!!
