I went to Dr. Mabe's office through a recommendation of my sister in-law. From the very first visit I could tell that there wasn't going to be any "customer service" from these guys. The receptionist was very rude and demanding in person and on the phone. I figured it was a "local thing", and didn't let it bother me as long as the dentist did a decent job.
However, on one particular day, I had a cavity filled in the upper back tooth. As I went home feeling numb I tasted blood for some reason. Coming home from a dentist's office I figured it wasn't anything serious until I started to get my senses back. In a state of dismay, I realized that the gum in the upper back area AND my inner cheek were deeply scratched from drilling. I mean these were pretty deep scapes with loose flappy skin, the least he could've done was tell me, right? Did he think I wasn't going to notice? In anycase, this was in fact a deeply horrifying experience, something I will never forget. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in the past and I hope never happens to anyone else. Not only was I a paying customer but a client who was recommended to this guy. What a BIG mistake.
