I have been going to see Dr. Landers for over 10 years. Recently I decided to go see another dentist because of the commute. I moved and it became more difficult for me to see him. Let me tell you, THIS WAS THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. I had such a bad experience with that other dentist that I will NEVER, EVER go anywhere ELSE!! Don't care how far I have to travel I will make it a point to keep him as my dentist! When I went to see the other dentist, I needed two cavities filled (been needing them never got around to getting them done). Pain drove me to see this new dentist. Let me tell you, that office lacked customer service, chairside manners. And she didn't even numb me to get the fillings done! I was in so much pain and she just kept going. Then I got a "cleaning" by the hygienist. All I had done was a polish and a shower! She splashed water all over my face and hair. It was the worst experience ever!! A week later my tooth started to hurt again, so I decided to go see Dr.Landers. The assistant immediately took an x-ray to get it ready for Dr.Landers to evaluate. He decided to redo the fillings. One of them still had decay and that is why it was still hurting. If I would have waited any longer I would have ended up with a root canal! Thank you Dr.Landers for saving my tooth and pocket book. He placed a medicated liner to help with the nerve. Thank all of you at the office for such courteous customer service! Dr. Landers is very thorough, caring, and explains everything to me as a person not just as a patient. No matter where I move to I will travel the miles just to see MY DENTIST- Dr. LANDERS!! About Hygienist: Sarah....what can I say? She's the only one that can touch my teeth. She gets in there.. gets it done, in the most gentle way..I leave out of there happy every time. For my overall review I WILL NEVER go to any other Dentist again. -Jessie Ramirez
