This woman spent the entire operation gabbing with her assistant about what they did over the weekend, where they liked the shop, etc. Then she spilled bleach in my mouth on accident. She told me to swallow it and gave me a cup of water to wash it down then said "I'm so sorry!" Meanwhile, I got a chemical burn all down the back of my throat. Then she messed up the procedure. I had to go back twice to have it fixed (she didn't charge me the second and third times). When she still couldn't get it right, I went to a new endodontist who just extracted the tooth all together. It was the only way to clean up the mess.
