About Front Desk: Dr. Schafer is indeed a great guy great dentist kind as well as those who assist him during procedures all wonderful people but as for his front office staff there's Definitely high disrespect shown with speaking to the patients... they need instruction on how to deal with patients respectfully. It is almost as if they go out of their way to make Dr. Schaeffer's patients feel disrespected by their tone and lack of manners. If not for the office staff I would highly recommend Dr. Schaeffer's abilities in dentistry. When one dreads approaching the front desk upon leaving then that represents a problem. I have also heard this from other patients as well as other services that are used I.E.: Insurance companies, dental laboratories, The employee drivers of laboratories who drop off equipment and or dental supplies. The office staff is an extension of the Dr. lthem selves and would be in the interest of all doctorswhether it be dental or otherwise to personally observe those individuals they choose to employ as their office staff representatives. After all, the front office staff is the first individuals that a patient interacts with and is the first impression of the overall experience and introduction to the Dr himself.
