Dr. Chaney has terrible bedside manner. I overheard him talking to one of his hygienist about a few months ago when I was in getting a cleaning and was amazed at how rude he sounded. Especially with patients within ear shot. I obviously do not know anything about the dental field, but know enough that you do not have that type of conversation where patients can hear nor do you talk to an employee that way. Second, the office manager Misty, seemed more concerned about her email or facebook, or whatever she was doing to assist me with billing questions and my insurance company. Why I know this was she had her cell phone in her hand and was very short and rude with me when I asked questions. She kept looking at her phone and when she finally set it down, it was on facebook. Overall the demeanor in the office has changed over the past few years and I have already found a new dentist. I have spoken to a few other people I know that go to Dr. Chaney's office and they are seriously considering of leaving. I hate it though because they have two of the best dental hygienist that has ever cleaned my teeth. Zoe and Marsha are awesome hygienist and I hope the best for them.

About Hygienist: See above...Zoe and Marsha are great. I only hope their work enviornment is not gotten worse since I was there last. Something has changed and it appears to me and some others that patient care is not at the top of the list. If it isn't what else would be besides $$$$$.
