About Hygienist: One of the young hygienists was always very friendly, but the older one who actually assisted the doctor was very harsh, unprofessional in manners. She was very rough with the patient the minute she called the patient’s name until the patient left the dental clinic, and was very rough with her suctions that scare the patient out the dental chair. Basically, she gave the patient so much anxiety because she was very abusive to the patient in everything she was doing to the patient until the patient left the clinic.
