I have only been going to him for a few months, but hadn't seen a dentist for years before, and yet pain to date has been minimal, they have worked with my less than pleasant insurance company, and both doctor & staff have great 'chair-side manners'. They also tend to use the latest in technology which I like. Cost is a bit higher than average, but worth it especially if you have a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist, I wondered why I had waited so long by my third appointment. I recently went to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth and was put under for that, and the administration of the IV was more painful than the entire time I have spent with Dr Salvaggio, so I would recommend him highly. Better yet, all his staff is as nice and professional as the doctor. I have only given 3 of 4 for treatment success because it is not completed yet entirely, but so far so good!
