Dr. Biron saved my 8 year old daughters perminant tooth that had a cavity. A "new" pediatric dentist, closer to my new house, wanted to remove it but I came back to dr. Biron for a second opinion and he saved it! My four kids love him and my husband and I do too. He is very honest and blunt with what needs to be done and he does it! He will tell you exactly what he is doing before and during the procedure and he will explain in detail the reasons why the work needs to be done and give all the options so we can make educated decisions for both us and our children.
