This is a small shop, and when one person is out the entire system goes haywire. Nice people, though, and waiting times are not long, which is a plus.
The office itself is a bit grubby around the edges - needs a thorough cleaning of the floor, baseboards, and fixtures.
In any case, Dr. Goodman has proven to be competent, which is the most important aspect of any dental office. It would be nice if he smiled a bit more, as it would help to inspire confidence in his patients. And don't you just get annoyed when you are asked questions when your mouth is full of dental equipment and you can't possibly answer! (mmmph, harrrrhm, gurgle, gurgle . . . ) But chairside manner aside, Dr. Goodman does a good job with the actual dental care..
