We have been going to Dr. Woodruff for our general cleaning for about 2 years. Last year our insurance was billed and we paid our normal copay. This year, he did the same cleaning with no extra dental work and we received a bill for $500.00 copay. Our insurance pays one amount for all dental work for the year. He has already used up the entire amount for the year and it's only January and it was only for a cleaning! I will not recommend this office to anyone. We have already called our insurance and are going to call the ADA!
