I went to Dr. Anonye for seven years, and felt I was getting good care. I have MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity), which means I get sick from airborne chemicals, including air fresheners. When I started going there, they did not use air fresheners, and I did not get sick. Then, in 2013, I went for a hygiene appt. and couldn't stay, because the air freshener was so strong. I immediately got a headache, my throat got raw and I sweated profusely.
The receptionist promised they would air the place out before my next appointment. But when I got there, the air fresheners smell was still strong. I didn't want to be difficult, so I stayed, but got sick. When I left, I nicely asked again if they would air it out a little better before my next appointment. I already had an appointment to have 2 crowns done, but a week later got a call from the office manager telling me Dr. Anonye, would not see me again and I needed to find another dentist. He was not willing to stop using the air fresheners or air the place out to make it safe for me. 2 stars for treatment success was because he told me I needed two crowns, scheduled an appointment to start work on the crowns, but cancelled and refused to do the work.
