Terrible. The dentist's wife would hang up on me whenever I would call to make, confirm appointments. When I would show up on time for appointments, they would make me wait for hours. There were no other patients there.
It made me uncomfortable. They were doing it on purpose.
My daughter had an emergency while they were still my primary provider and I had to look up a dentist online in the middle of an emergency because they didn't want to do their job.
About Front Desk: Passive aggressive, cold when I didn't throw money all over the place.
