All the techs & other personnel are very nice & have known them for years. Rygg recently replaced the previous dentist who was great. Rygg came barreling into the room, steamrolled me, almost yelling he was so loud, didn't introduce himself, wouldn't listen, hardly let me say a thing & didn't pay attention to the reason I was there. He made sure everyone knew he was king of the office & he treated me like a number rather than a person. I had to put off treatment to schedule a consult just to be able to ask him a couple questions that he should have been able to answer during the exam if he cared. Whole office (personnel) seemed more on edge than with the previous doctor. The quote for my tooth I went in for wasn't even included with the quote for the extra work.
About Hygienist: The hygienist and other staff are very nice, have known them for years through seeing the previous doctor. At least they care.
