I'm mid procedure with him right now. My first impression is that he is a good dentist...but a bad business man. His receptionist is the WORST. She looks like she doesn't care if she is alive, and is bothered when she has to do work. His new office has potential. But it looks like he micromanages everything...which IMHO will hold him back from creating a successful practice. I'm mid treatment right now, but I don't think I will go back.
About Hygienist: FABULOUS! I love her. I think her name is Nellie.
