About Front Desk: Schedule appointment for which they give you a card - in their handwriting - stating the date and time. The day you arrive for your appointment - according to what they wrote - they tell you that you're 2 1/2 hours late, but they don't tell the dentist that they messed up, they blame it on the patient then play stupid once the dentist sees the appointment card. BIZARRE!!! Practice NEVER confirms appointments!
