Dr. Grycko is the best. The bottom line for me is that he is not stuck in ahead-long rush towards intervention. Many dentists seem in love with extracting every $$ from you that they can. Grycko has been very good at doing only what needs to be done to keep me and my families dental health the best, and nothing more. Plus, he has the most gentle hnads of any dentist I've ever been to.
