came in for routine exams was told needed crown on front tooth due to root canal some ten plus years ago. during crown process mensah pulled the tooth completely out placed a post inside the hole then put the tooth back in and cemented the crown to surrounding gum and tooth causing the tooth to decay and the tooth later needing removed along with the crown. when I contacted the quack I was told that's all fine and dandy and it happens but it wasn't his fault because he put the crown on what he had to work with which was a full in tact tooth. he thought him damaging my tooth was funny and said he tried his best to save the tooth when shown before pictures and his X-rays he said he didn't know what that was
