About Front Desk: There is only one full time permanent front dest person. She's not very customer friendly or customer oriented. I wonder why the dentist is still keeping her there. She shows a very negative air to the whole office. If it's not because the dentist is good, I will not go there. She should not be working in the customer area. She will not try to put you in if you missed the appt. No smile, no apoligies, no any customer skills.
