I had a serious motorcycle accident three decades ago, and since that time have had many dental problems. Therefore, I have been to more dentists than I can count. I can honestly say that Dr. Walker was the best of them all. I was exceptionally anxiety-ridden and in a great deal of pain the first time I went to his office. He (and his office staff as well) relieved those feelings without delay and I now do not dread going to the dentist. I imagine that is the best compliment I can pay the gentleman, aside from the fact that his work is superb. He explains each step so that I have a full understanding of what is happening in "real-time." This also helped me feel that minute-by-minute progress was being made so that I could look forward to the end of each procedure. I have more work to be accomplished, and I would frankly not dream of going to anyone else. Dr. Walker's staff obviously enjoy working there; it shows. I am a college dean, and customer service is a very important term in my professionn. The staff members are personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism; they are very efficient at their duties. A former Dean of a dental program, I wish we'd had Dr. Walker as an instructor. What a nice man!!
