Dr. Parent and her office are always welcoming .. even though I am often the worst of patients. While my anxiety is frequently high (because of bad experiences with previous dentists...) they always take the time to make sure I am comfortable. She does whatever it takes to make sure that I am numb and that my pain is nonexistant. (Personally, I love the whole nitrous and earphones thing.)
Everyone I have recommended Dr. Parent to loves her and her office. They are friendly and always available for emergencies and questions. I have been going to her about 6 years.
