Very nice office, very nice staff, very nice dentist. However, he picks and chooses who he wants to help, therefore, he will not do your work, if thats what he chooses. It will cost you an office visit to find that out or not.
This isn't about IF he can do the work, its about if he WANTS to do your dental work. Also be prepared to have your dental insurance when you call, because they want that information first! I wonder if they won't help you if you pay cash?
