This guy did a whole series of filling for me, then out of nowhere stops treating me saying I have too much plaque, I need to come back a few months later to remove the plaque. That's not a good reason to not finish your job! And he barely showed me the X-rays and wouldn't let my mom see them at all!
And those instructional videos in the lobby are annoying as well as the front desk person withe her sliding window!
