Dr. Pardo is a fine dentist. On the other hand there has been problems with billing and customer service associated with his office staff. We have been over billed two years in a row. Each year by more than $150 and his office is slow to respond and refund the amount owed. To most people this is a lot of money. You might assume that this is happening to many of his patients who do not take the time to review the billings and compare to what their insurance coverage is.
If you need a good dentist but don't mind being over billed then this is a good choice for dental service.
