Dr. Moore's technical skills seem to be good, but she is very disorganized and has constant staff turnover. When a costly claim went unpaid, she said she had submitted it a couple of times and that others had lost it. After waiting 2 months, she said she could do nothing else to help get it processed. When someone else stepped in, it was paid in one day. This dentist appears to blame others when things go wrong. She was harsh and critical with her staff, which made me uncomfortable as a patient.
