About Front Desk: The dentist is good. But the staff lied about the insurance. When we called, they said happily that they would accept our insurance. After all the paperwork and extra friendly talks, we were fine. Only after some waiting and when I was called in to meet with the dentist for the first time, I was told that we were out of network. I should have turned around and left. But I was kind and did not want to waste their time. What a mistake! Now we got stuck. We have to pay out of pocket lot more money despite of our insurance. Besides, it is difficult to switch because they used up our allowed evaluation and X-Ray for 3 years. Be very careful of them. Make sure that you check with your insurance company before you go! We do not enjoy being lied to.
