Even though I was given an appointment for a complementary exam, I did not receive any service or meet the dentist because someone (the dentist or a staff person) determined that I could not afford his service. (SEE BELOW)

About Front Desk: I was called at least 4 times compelling me to schedule a "complementary" dental exam. I missed the first appointment due to the flu. After receiving more calls and a voicemail I rescheduled my appointment. Upon arrival I was told to have a seat and after fifteen minutes an office staff greeted me and ask me to complete paperwork of which I now believe was to establish my credit worthiness and/or my ability to afford their services. My paperwork was reviewed by whom I don't know and I was then asked if I was having problems with my credit.. the next question asked was if I could get a co-signer or if there was a friend or family that I could borrow money for my dental treatment. I explained that because of my faith I don't ask others to co-sign or lend me money. At that time I was told that I was not eligible to receive service from Champion Dentistry. I was pursued and offered a complementary exam of which was withdrawn after they considered me not a candidate for their dental service. the Dentist may or may not be good but I will never know because I never had the opportunity to meet him. A word of caution: If you want to make an appointment, check first to know if you financially qualify for their service so you don't waste your time like this disabled 60 year old Social Worker.
