I have seen him for 5 years and so have my children, was scheduled to have a procedure done in his office and had several questions left a message never received a phone call called the day before my procedure to see if I can ask him several questions, and was told no he couldn't speak to me and he would not return my phone call. He would talk to me the day of. I work in the medical field and we return all phone calls. I can't believe he couldn't give me a couple of minutes of his time. I am extremely disappointed in him and his staff. I now am looking for a new dentist for the entire family.
