First I will mention that I do get incredibly anxious when going to the dentist so let me just say the duct taped together exam chair immediately had me on edge. I had an extraction from Dr. Sax which went smoothly enough years ago, and recently I had an infection in a broken molar that needed an extraction. I went to Dr. Sax to get new x rays and an exam (which lasted about 8 seconds). I am aware that I need some extensive dental work which is why I made the apt. to get the ball rolling well the second I finish my rays the hygienist immediately says something derogatory about my dental health which just made me feel 10 times worse about the whole experience I was already dreading. Dr. Sax then tells me he can't pull it that day and gives me antibiotics. I did infer about pricing simply out of curiosIty and got a copy of my x rays with every intention of returning soon for the extraction. The next time I call the office to ask when I should be back I am informed that my chart is now marked saying I was complaining about pricing and they assumed I was going somewhere else. I was truly baffled I never gave any indication i was going to another dentist. Bottomline staff is unprofessional, equipment outdated.

About Front Desk: Easy to get an apt but I'm pretty sure there is a reason, same reason the exam chair is covered in duct tape.
