Moved offices and now no one answers the phone. Saw dentist for my first visit as a new patient and then only seen by the hygienist the next two visits in a row. Doesnt care about his patients and staff has the worst customer service. No one answers the phone or returns messages. Now I have switched dentists and have cavities that most likely have been present for a period of time but since the dentist was not present for visits I have no idea how long. What happened to caring about your patients' best interests and good customer service?
