Due to a rude receptionist calling me about a bill I never knew about until a few weeks ago, and the fact that I did not appreciate the way she was talking to me, she then convinced Dr. Ducklo to have the nerve to tell her to call me back and tell me that he would no longer see my kids - Because she is not the one that knows how to talk to people. This is the most ridiculus experience i have ever had. I have never been talked to so badly by someone who was mailing my bill across the state to the wrong place, at the fault of herself. No my children have to suffer because of her and Dr. Ducklo i ok with this?
About Hygienist: The Hygienst as well as Dr. Ducklo were the best my children an I have ever experienced. It's truly sad that he would reject my kids because of Glenda being unprofessional and rude.
