Recently, I went in for treatment on an infection. I was sent home with this being a temporary aggrevation. Now I have a broken tooth! My wife is not happy with her crowns, either.

About Hygienist: I was 5 minutes late for an appointment that I confirmed I was coming to and would be late. When I got there I was made to wait 20 minuites. When I went into the hygienists chair, she said I could not be treated and would have to reschedule. When I asked her why she made me wait and then canceled the appointment, she said I was being unfair to her and her other patients that show up on time. When I stated next time I would not request her, she said, "That's it, I am not going to do work on you" and she stormed out of the room and left me there sitting by myself. When I got up to leave, I saw everyone huddled in the back room and no one bothered to speak to me. Finally, someone came out and asked if I needed to reschedule. (You think I want to come back to this place?) I asked to speak to the dentist and they said she was not in yet. You don't have to ever be concerned with me going back to a place that treats its patients like this, and I would not recommend this office to anyone! The dentist had not even made it in yet and it was the middle of the morning. Now I have no idea where to get my tooth fixed that they misdiagnosed and the pain is incredible. What happened to patient care? I guess I should have known something was wrong when everytime I showed up there was huge turnover of staff. I am not even going to give them a second chance with this kind of service. Don't let this happen to you...stay away!
