I visited the office, and was taken back on how dingee and dirty the office is. I can't imagine the office being up to OSHA standards!! Dr.Kalusha was short and not to informative. I witnessed him mistreat a staff member. Overall more and more negative behavior. And he's on my insurance plan, and would not honor the price from my ins. co. He wanted to charge me more then the nego.price.because he said the ins. has not raised there prices!!! Really!!! that's what you negotiated. Although the only positive experience was with Cindy. Super nice and helpful. But he terrible human being!!!!!
