Beware that even though they are an approved provider/plan participant with your ins - which negotiates the predetermined costs for services and your copay- that they will still charge you for the disallowed amount! They don't send you a bill until 90days after your visit and then put on the bill that it's 90 days past due and put a little frowny face on it. The receptionist that does the billing doesn't understand how the billing/ins stuff works and is a total (expletive).
Dr. Laska comes from Monarch dental, which should explain a lot to those of you familiar with that train wreck operation.
She took over for Dr. Holloway when he retired last year. Dr. Holloway was the best! Wish he were still in practice.
