My family and I have been going to Dr. John Quincy in Fort Worth since 1998, and had been very happy with the whole staff.Until Dr. Quincy got sick about a year ago he was no longer seeing patients.When we finally found out he was back we started going back to his office.He had a totally new staff, which i really did'nt have a problem except for the receptionist. I believe this lady is prejudice, which she treated me and my daughter very rudely.After seeing this dentist for 6 years and there was five in my family that got braces at this office with no problem,and now this rude receptionist sends us a card by certified mail saying that my daughters and i can no longer be seen there even though we had a follow up appt.
