Dr. Deron is very nice and seems knowledgeable. However, I believe he has a policy of "over preventing". I had a couple teeth refilled; went along with his recommendation. A year later, he wants to put a crown on them, citing there are stress cracks. He said the tooth could break apart. I did not agree. Went to another Dentist, and was told they were not cracks..but, something else which was not a problem. Yes, I can choose to have a crown, in case my tooth breaks apart.. but, what if it never falls apart? I think he does too many procedures that do not need to be done. This is the other dentist's opinion and mine as well. They are not competitors, as they do not practice in the same state. It was another opinion, and I believe it to be true. If you want to get a lot of stuff done to your teeth, and prevent everything from happening, go ahead. I am sure he can do a good job. BUt, is it really needed. That is my question. His prices seem too high for the area, too. But, again, I am sure he can do a good procedure, if you choose to have one done with him.
About Hygienist: I've had several over the years. They all seem very nice and good, for the most part. No complaints there. Office staff is ok.
