Before I went to MedCenter TMJ for an appointment with Dr. Ron Auvenshine, I researched him and his practice. I read dozens of reviews regarding Dr. Auvenshine and only found one that had anything negative to say.
Regardless, I decided to continue with my appointment and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Auvenshine was attentive and caring. He went above and beyond to explain all aspects of my needed treatment and included me in the conversation. I was able to ask questions and get answers that were understandable and helpful.
I was also impressed by the facilities, the technology and the staff. The facilities are state-of-the-art as is the technology and the staff was friendly and focused on me. And when my appointment was complete, I left Dr. Auvenshines office feeling incredibly confident about my treatment, the price, the ability of Dr. Auvenshine and his staff to meet my needs as a patient.
I would urge anyone to research dentists to learn as much as possible before the appointment. However, I warn that had I listened to the one negative review I found, I would have missed the opportunity to meet Dr. Auvenshine and his staff and the opportunity to correct what has been causing me pain for years.
