Facilities like a health spa? Nah, I haven't been to a dental facility yet that had health spa-like facilites. My sister used to work for Dr Doerr and highly reccomended him and I have been with him ever since.
Very nice group of people and you don't have to worry about Dr Doerr pushing things on you that you really don't need.
The only drawback is that they only except one type of insurance for a discount.
About Hygienist: All I can say is I hate to eat after my cleanings as my teeth feel squeeky clean!
