I trusted Dr. Feagin's guarantee about four caps and two veneers on my front teeth.Caps came from lab, I got the injections, temporaries were removed.In that most vulnerable state, the clerk walked in asking for payment.Every single cap leaked.Veneer colors didn't match.I pointed this out, I was told the cement would fix it.It didn't.Then these leaked, then they were turned into caps.One canine cap is longer than all others.When one front cap was replaced, she chipped the edge while polishing.So it needs to be redone, again.Then her attitude started deteriorating.Last two visits I had, she acted like she did not even want to see me, asking "Why did you come here today then?", saying to her assistant "I guess I won't be home until 7pm today".Then when I asked her e-mail, she replied to her staff "I don't know." I then had an abscess under the longer canine(needs root canal).When I told her, she wouldn't ask when or how it started, she wouldn't look at the panoramic Xray I had to get abroad due to my swollen face.Said she couldn't see detail. I showed it to another dentist today, was told it was fine.She owes me more work; how can I trust her anymore?I can only summarize this nightmare here and spend more money to fix her poor work
