Numerous complaints: 1) ONLY ACCEPTS CASH OR PERSONAL CHECK AND DOES NOT GIVE ITEMIZED RECEIPTS. THE OFFICE IS NOT COMPUTERIZED. 2) IT WAS GOING TO TAKE 4 APPOINTMENTS OVER 5 MONTHS JUST TO DO BASIC CLEANING AND FIX A CAVITY. 3) SAID MY DENTAL INSURANCE COVERED NOTHING, THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTIRE THE AMOUNT OF $1300 TO CLEAN MY TEETH AND TEND TO ONE CAVITY. I PROMPTLY SWITCHED DENTISTS, GOT EVERYTHING DONE, AND PAID WHAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY ITSELF SAID I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR: $230. ON TOP OF THAT, THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY MY INSURANCE AND ME WAS $400 LESS AT MY NEW DENTIST THAN WHAT DR MAGZEN'S OFFICE QUOTED ME. 4) WHEN I CAME IN FOR MY 2ND APPOINTMENT, THE RECEPTIONIST CLAIMED I HAD NO APPOINTMENT. VERY ANGRY, I RESCHEDULED, BUT UPON ARRIVING FOR THAT RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, THE RECEPTIONIST SIMPLY STATED, "WE DOUBLE BOOKED THIS TIME SLOT, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT." I WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE THEY CALLED ME TO THE CHAIR, AND 20 MINUTES MORE SITTING IN THAT CHAIR. THAT IS JUST ABOUT A 2 HOUR WAIT!

About Hygienist: They do not have a hygienist that I saw. Ever. Maybe their sole receptionist, SUE, who is inefficient, incompetent and very pleased with herself, serves as their hygienist. After two appointments, I still had not got as far as actually having work done, so I can't say. But I can say that cancelling my next two appointments and finding a real dentist was the best thing I ever did.

I know this doctor: 5 months
