Dr. Snow installed a crown for me. It was a very painful procedure and took several weeks to recover from (from a pain perspective). I am not the type of patient to complain, but he was not very empathetic about the fact that I was suffering and told me to 'tough it out'. After that, I opted to go to another dentist for future treatment and the new dentist told me that my crown was done inproperly and must be redone. Overall, not a satisfactory experience with this Dentist.
