About Front Desk: They are very friendly and seem to recognize me immediately on the phone. I don't know they do that but it certainly is refreshing. They ask of kids and grandchildren and still they are very professional. Have had no ins. problems so I assume they know what they're doing. He has a super staff.

About Hygienist: I cannot remember her name, or remember how long it took but I had no complaints. Seemed very thorough at the time.
