I am changing dentists because I always feel as if this dentist is trying to upsell procedures I don't necessarily need in order to pay off his new yacht (kidding, I don't know if he has one.) His assistant has always been wonderful but the dentist tried to sell me on braces (had them when I was 15, my teeth are not perfect 15 years later, but definitely do not NEED braces) and he is always telling me that I'm the perfect candidate for teeth whitening. I just get basic cleanings here but I don't want to keep getting the "pitch."
