Dr. Bruce Kral is by far the worst dentist experience I have ever had. I first went to him for cleanings, he informed me that I needed implants on both sides of my lower jaw, I knew this but have braces on and told him when the braces come off I would return to have the implants placed. He told me he could do them now if my orthodontist took the bottom braces off, my orthodontist agreed seeing that they where done. The experience I had was, Kral place a metal tray in my mouth to take an impression of my upper teeth, I ask him if it was safe to do with braces on. He explained to me that he would put wax on the braces and not to worry. When he tried to take the impression off, it suctioned on to the braces. This man spent the next horrifying hour attempting to rip this metal tray off of my brace. I was beside myself and at times thought I would surely pass out! He yelled at his staff and continually snapped at me to be still. He then began carving away at the impression material with a metal instrument that tore my gums up. When the experience ended, my shoes where off my feet and across the room, I was crying so hard I could not even talk. His staff faces told me they where as horrified as I was!
