all around excellent dentist. dr richter -and his 2 assistants are highly competent, empathetic, and non-judgemental. dr richter is masterful in his use of -what do they use as a numbing agent these days, lidocain?- ive had several highly invasive procedures, including extractions, and all were without pain. patients will also appreciate the way dr richter works with his assistants - isobel and ? (sorry) they work as true partners, with none of the sense of heirarchy which is so common in other dentists' offices - and which limits the usefulness of the assistants. i'd reccomend dr richter's team without reservation or caveat.
