Overall all I am very dissatisfied. I had a dental cleaning, and two fillings filled in 9/06. I chose to have my services performed by Dr. Thoben, because he was, so I thought, in network. Before having the services performed I asked the receptionist to confirm that Dr. Thoben accepted my insurance, and that he was within my dental network. This was not done...the services were performed, and I ended up paying $883.00. On top of that, the fillings lasted less than a year, and when I called to see whether Dr. Thoben would replace them for free, I was told it would cost me $246. Dr. Thoben has a great chair-side manner, but cost, customer service and the stress and anxiety experienced, were poor -- and high, respectively. In addition, in filling my fillings Dr, Thoben created some gapping between my teeth - that was not there before. I was told that these gaps would close - 15 months later, they are still not closed.
