Very informative, thoughtful and mindful of out-of-pocket expenses and works with you patiently since I had to make a payment plan. Really knowledgeable of how your teeth affect your lifestyle and offered wonderful suggestions regarding flossing and brushing. I know this sounds incredible and unbelieveable, but I am not easy impressed and usually just wander throught the process of cleaning every 6 months with a variety of dentists jsut to meet my benefits allowance, but i am committed to Dr. Urban and recognize he has my best interest at heart. I appreciate him and he is a great professional.
