Dr. Urban is simply the best dentist or doctor I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable, keeps up with the latest developments, attends seminars on all kinds of things (he tells me this as I answer back "ghkrrrghha") and is simply excellent from a technical perspective. He educates me on exactly what my issues are and what he would recommend, but is never pushy. He fits me in no matter how busy he is and makes me feel as though I am the only patient he has. His staff is always bright and cheerful -- it seems like it would make Washingtonian's Best Places to Work if it were included in their survey. And last, but certainly not least, Dr. Urban is a Really, Really Nice Guy! Very professional, of course, but he is the kind of person you would like to have a beer with (after the novocaine wears off, of course). No, I don't work for him, either. I don't usually respond to surveys like this, but this man deserves it. He is that good.
